I have been running in the middle of the day since school got out but now that school is going to start again I can no longer do that. So would it be better for me to run at 4:00AM or 7:00PM.

  1. 7 am is better

  2. I think running in the morning is better because

    -It wakes you up

-and I think that if you run with food in your stommach its bad for you or something.

  3. It's better for you to run in the morning but I personally think that it sucks to wake up at 4 oclock am.

  4. 4am. its good for your metabolism to exercise first thing in the morning then have a good hearty breakfast:)

  5. At night, the air quality is better, but also help to bedtime appropriate movement sleep. I personally prefer the evening running, do not waste time sleeping the morning.

  6. I don't think it matters, although at night you will have a bigger chance of burning calories and losing weight while you sleep. And in the morning, you may get all sweaty before you goto school.

  7. Well, i dont think there are any statisctics for running in the morning or night but, i preffer to run in the morning.

  8. better earlier than later start ur day off right and speed up ur matabolism

  9. I like running in the morning, cleaner air and running home to the sunrise is an amazing feeling to get you ready for the day.

  10. Running at night would assure you get a good night's sleep. Running in the morning would wake you up. 4 am is really early and might affect your performance in school. You might tell yourself you can get up that early but the first morning you try to get up you will unplug your alarm clock and go back to sleep.

  11. 4 AM?????? Are you crazy???? Why would you want to go that early? Even with school starting, I know it doesn't start at 6 o'clock in the morning.  I would go at 5:15, depending on the distance that you are running.  Consider that you could run shorter distances twice a day.  I prefer running in the morning because it is a great way to start your day out.  At night, you aren't supposed to workout 3 hours before you go to sleep. Plus, 7 at night isn't late enough.

  12. it should not make a difference. as long as it's not snowy or icy outside and you are aware of your surroundings.
