I have recently started running about 4 months ago. I want to improve my distance and time. I worked my way up to being able to run 2 miles in 20 minutes but I want to be able to run 4 in 36... and just be able to run at least 8 without stoping.I realize that I can't run as far if I run every day but if I run about every three days, it feels like I have A LOT more energy and I last a lot longer. So which do you think is better to improve myself? should I run every day or run every couple days?
