  1. They shouldn't look at her weird. One time a GYN commented on how I had my pubic hair - kinda poking fun. That was the last time I went there. I was so embarrassed and angry.

She should do whatever makes her happy. It's rarely a medical necessity to shave it. I've had to shave it once and that was for a pelvic laparoscopy where they made incisions in my pubic hairline. For a pap that does not matter.

  2. Maybe he looked at her all wierd for some other reason, but whether you shave or not is totally up to you.  Some women do, some women don't.

  3. well I'm 8 months pregnant so I can't really shave the way I used to, but I still try to keep it neat and trimmed. Its just wrong for anyone to have to work through a jungle.

  4. Doctors don't care what you've got..

Pubic hair is subject to personal preference.  Only YOU can decide what is best for you.

  5. its all up to the person whos hair it belongs to lol,

If you dont wont to shave at least trim the edges so it doesnt grow over like a wild bush lol,

there nothing wrong with shaving its your body and your choice.

  6. Well its all up to you, I think its cleaner and it looks better.  Are you pregnant if you are your lucky you can even see down there I have had to skip a few weeks and when I do shave its like doing it in the dark my dang belly gets in the way I never realized I wouldnt be able to see it, oh well only 9 weeks to go.

  7. Whether you do or don't, it should be your personal choice.  Also, some guys prefer one or the other; your relationship could be a factor in your decision - and your decision might change from time to time.  It's no one else's business - and they have no right to pass judgment.  In the '60s and '70s, it was fashionable to shave pubic hair in "artistic" shapes - diamonds, arrows, lightning, etc.

That said, I don't know what they do these days, but when I delivered my daughter, they shaved me at the hospital in the delivery room - supposedly to reduce the possibility of any bacteria harming the baby during birth.

  8. i don't shave but i trim it very low , when i cant like now because of my pregnancy i cant see or reach anymore my hubby does it for me. it all depends on you . believe dr have seen a little bit of every case imaginable in regards to that i don't think he cares about that.

  9. Doesn't matter.  Doctor never said anything no matter how I came in.  I've had two kids.  Sometimes it was trimmed and later on in the pregnancy when you ca't see or reach, it was normal.

  10. It's depend on how you felt, I honestly with you I always have been shave because I am not too comfortable with my hairy! but if you felt not too comfortable go for it! it's fine while you are pregnant, if you felt comfortable with then don't, who care what doctor thought about it.

  11. Doctors have seen it all. If she really wants to mess with him, she should dye it hot pink, lol.

  12. I have to shave. Its cleaner and better looking. I think most women do shave or at least trim. When your pregnant and have a growing belly it gets very difficult.
