  1. throughout the day is better, because right after you down glass full of water, you probably need to go to bathroom ten minutes later, and there your full glass of water, right out of your body.


  2. To be very honest I do not know that exact answer I have a glass by me and just drink when I am thirsty. But I do know that if you are dehydrated that the best thing to do is to drink through a straw.

  3. Personally I think it would be better to sip it throughout the day. Your body needs at least 3 glasses of water a day.

  4. It's not bad to drink a lot of water at once, but it would be better to sip water throughout the day, so that your body gets the water slowly as it needs it, not at a few points in the day.

  5. Huh, i actually heard something about this a week or two ago.  it's actually better to sip, because your body can put it to better use that way, and absorb it better.  if you gulp it down, then it just rushes it's way through and doesn't really help as much.

  6. Sipping all day long is better
