i dont really like taking tablets, cos i cant wallow them half the time. and also i dont like themega doses most have. ovaltine has about 50% cos i have two cups a day most days of most minerals and vitamins. is this just as good? cos i eat a fairly balanced diet anyway so dont really need massive doses of vitmains. do the vitamisn get absorbed properly from ovaltine? it also has iron which i need more of, and do you think this is absorbed okay?
