  1. Fly its quicker and you won,t be sick.

  2. The ferry crossing is very long, then you have to get from Santander to your final destination where ever that may be.

It depends whether you enjoy the travelling more than the holiday destination. If you enjoy travelling then the ferry extends the journey time, otherwise fly.

  3. Depends where you are going to.  If you are staying in the Galicia area the ferry is useful but if you want to see places, it is better to have your car.

  4. The ferry can be a very nice option if the weather is good, there is lots to do on board and you can look at is an enjoyable part of your holiday if you have the time. It docks right in the centre of Santander so you don´t have to worry about getting into the town from the port.

  5. I would fly, Depending on what time of year you are planning on, the route thatthe ferry takes is quite rough at some times of the year. The journey is longer too. We looked at the ferry during winter time but this option was unavailable due to the last sailing been the 18th december due to the danger of the sea. I woudl fly only takes a couple of hours and you can get on with your hols.

  6. Depends on how much time you have. Treat the ferry as a mini cruise and part of your holiday and its a chance to unwind. If you are short of time then fly and you can pick up some cheap flight offers at the moment.

Pay your money and take your choice.

  7. santander is in north spain,a bit cooler than the south.in north spain not many people speak english.it is real spain and quite rural.it is totally different than the south.santiago is a nice place to visit, the santiago de compestllo is magnifesant  [a cathedral].,gave me goose pimples.you can drive to portugal  quite close. it is a long drive to malaga.,or gibraltar,i love gibraltar.you ither love it or hate it.
