Is it better to take vitamin e capsules or just rub the vitamin e oil on your skin or should i take both?

depends on what you want it to do for you. vitamin e oil is just to help heal skin/ scars or reduce scars. helps with dry skin to.

capsules are just the vitamin e you need everyday.

Both - you get better results when you combine them.

the capsules help your body produce the vitmin E but, the lotion is already there you know like a enzyme or something.
