It depends on what it is that you are using. I use different kinds of drops. One I use is for allergies and I use it twice a day, once after I take my contats out at night, and once when I wake up. So, it does depend on what kind of drops you are refering to. If you are talking about lubricating drops, they can be used at any time, most of them you can use with contacts in our out and as much as you want to. I would want to know what kind of drop you are using to help you better. If it is an RX Drop, you need to follow the pharmacy or the Doctor directions on the medicine.

Its best not to put any eyedrops at night or in the morning. Your natural tears work much better tan any eyedrops on the market
