Is it better to use glasses while on the computer?

I was wondering if it was better to wear glasses while using the computer or not for your eyesight. Without glasses on, I can still see the screen just as well without glasses than with glasses on. Thanks

That depends on the glasses.  If you are near-sighted (meaning can't see in the distance) and you can see the computer clearly without your glasses, you should not wear them.  If you are far-sighted, it will benefit you to wear them.  (If you are young enough, you may be able to see the computer with and without the glasses, but in the case of far-sightedness, you are working harder to do it without them.)

you need to wear glasses if the screen is a blur, but unless you get headaches and you can see the screen okay w/o glasses, then why not
