Is it better to work out before or after breakfast ..and why?

  1. before so you burn off stored fat


  2. before... because it may upset your stomach or be sick if you work out with a full stomach.

  3. If you are going to workout after breakfast then you want to eat a smaller breakfast because you might get craps if you eat too much or unless you can wait.

    If you are going to workout before breakfast then you should eat a healthier breakfast because you'll gain more health benefits by doing that as I understand it.
