    Just because theirs no lock doesn't mean just walk right in!


  2. At the very least it's called trespassing, depending on what the intent was for entering, it can be burglary


  3. So, if a lock has been cut off its' OK to enter? I don't think Judge Judy would see it that way.

Yes it is still breaking and entering.  As long as there is some indication they do not want you there.  For example.  If a house has no fence or gate you can not be charged with trespassing or breaking and entering.  If there is a gate but the door is open it is still illegal because the fense is warning.
