Is it busy in Cancun in August? I'm going on the 8th and was wondering if it's as crazy as spring break or not

Cancun in August it's more like family friendly  but it's still being fun.

Spring break is in March and April when the high schools and colleges take a break. You are safe but it will be very warm.

I think Cancun is one of those places that is always crazy.  It's still summer break but will be a little less insane with the young college types.  But it will be hot and muggy.  I was there in July and melted everytime we walked out the door of the hotel.
