  1. LOL NO! That's really funny. Human beings aren't buy one get one free or half off!

  2. lol.... is that like buying holiday merchandise after the holiday?

  3. Oh lovely another how can I get a kid cheap question

    No.

Why do you think they split twins up?  'cos they can get two fees instead of just the one if they are placed together of course

Private Adoption agencies and private adoption attornies are so unethical and people just turn a blind eye so long as they get what they want - a baybeeee

  4. i dont think so

  5. If you are talking 2 at one time normally an agency will not charge twice but the attorney does.  If you are talking about adopt a child and then down the road adopting another you still pay all the fees.

  6. Nope....in fact depending on where you adopt....it really could be more.

Foreign adoptions most certainly are.... and if you adopt locally, you could be resposible for many of the birthmothers expenses, relating to medical issues.

  7. No, each child will have their own situation and so each adoption may fluctuate some but the second one is not cheaper. It may even be more, just depending on the situation surrounding the child.

  8. LOL what like a buy one get one half off??!!

  9. I don't know if they multi rates, like they do for purchasing multiple insurance policies.

  10. Only if it's a sibling, then it's buy one get one half off.

    Not related?  Full price.

    Good luck!

  11. No they aren't............ Children dont get put on clearance.  No blue light specials when adopting.

  12. lmfao i agree with shannon.

but, it's nice of you to think of adoption.

  13. Actually I believe it is as fair bit cheaper,  a lot of the administrative and legal work is already completed from the previous adoption therefore reducing a lot of the fees involved in the placement.

  14. Some of the paperwork from the first adoption may still be valid, so you might not have to pay to have certain background checks, clearances, etc. completed again.  It depends on how much time has passed.

  15. Actually it does cost less because you dont need to complete an entire homestudy again.  If you just need it update than the cost is less then having to do it all over again.  BUt that would be about it.  you will still have the cost of legal fees (no discounts there ya know), agency fees (in fact they have probably gone up since you last adopted).  I am not sure when yo uadopted but in 2005 Bush passed a new law that allows adoptive parents to apply for a 10000 tax credit.  Good luck
