Is it cheaper to buy regular unleaded fuel at a higher price than spr unleaded (ethenol) fuel in the long run?

Question

Is it cheaper to spend more money at the pump on unleaded fuel than spending less on super unleaded (ethenol) fuel? I have heard that the ethenol fuel burns faster and so you get worse gas mileage than regular unleaded. So you may be paying more at the pump for regular unleaded, but you will be pilling up less because your car will be getting better gas mileage. Is this true or should i stick to paying less for ethinol fuel?

I get better gas mileage with ethanol fuel.  I've used 3 different tanks full on 3 different occasions and if I have the choice I'll go with ethanol now.  Better mileage, better performance.
