We pay $450 a week, rent and we can not afford to buy our own home not in Sydney, where we work, we have grown children who are renting and buying and we can plug in with them, but we both believe that maybe a motorhome is our only option, we both have travelled extensively in our life and we both have always loved it, but we are both low income earners and we have little options left. Sydney is becoming too expensive to rent and we are looking for alternatives. Is motorhoming the answer, tell me what you think.?.

  1. i know it is what you are paying now is crazzzzzzzzzzy get out now get the best motor home you can afford plug in to your kids electric and kick them a few dollars here and there good to go that way if you guys want to get away for the weekend unplug and go // have fun ///

  2. if you can park it for free its a good deal!

  3. The problem is finding a place to park it. Many residential areas only allow you to park a motor home for a few hours while loading or unloading. Attempting to live in it, while in not in a designated mobile home park, would be a violation of the local housing occupational laws which could result in heavy fines and/or condemnation and removal of it by the local police.

  4. It can work.  Try it.
