  1. trailer. most places don't allow perm residency in an rv

  2. if you live in a trailer make sure its far away from the tornado region of the midwest.

  3. It really depends. Some trailer homes go for $440 a month plus water and electricity here in North Texas. Now if you can get a good deal on an RV and find a park that does allow permanant residents. Alot of parks around here actually do allow people to live in the park all the time. I just recently stayed the weekend in a park and met 10 permanant residents. So you'll have to consider how much a month this Rv cost compared to an trailers monthly rent. But on top of the RV payment is the park payment but alot of times residents in a park dont pay water and electricity.

PS living in an RV full time voids the warranty if the company finds out.
