  1. Depends on your conditions. Just heat and no humidity...go with a oscilating fan or two. Lots of humidity...you will need a A/C. Tagger


  2. It's cheaper to use an oscillating fan.  An air conditioner uses a lot more power than a fan, even if you are just running the fan to circulate the air.   But that's just my opinion
