When any of us need to exert an excess of power thru words or actions, we are feeling the need to be noticed and/or respected. When we don't get what we expected or what we needed, we get angry...the world isn't being fair.  But that value of self and feeling of respect must come from within. No one can give all this to us.  But the good news is...no one can take it away.
