Hi, is it cold..no, averages 17-20 degrees in July. Can it feel cold..yes. When you have spent all day in the sun and anything from 30-40 degrees you 'might' feel a chill. The body takes a while to adjust....thats why it always feels hotter at the begining of your holiday.

Take a light sweater out with you. If there is a wind coming off of the sea it can 'feel' cold. If you take one...you won't need it. If not you might miss it. Chances are you could be out late !!

not cold, but you feel the cold like me you'd prolly wanna wear a thin cardigan or something, when i was there the wind got up abit at night which made things a little cooler.
