  1. I don't think it's "comfortable", but I think a person can derive some comfort in knowing that if they honestly put effort into repenting from a specific mistake they have a hard time with they can be forgiven. I think the ideal is to work at eliminating that mistake, even if it takes a lifetime - and I think many do (take a lifetime). I believe we aren't expected to be perfect, just that we must really try our best.

  2. And your nails are clean enough underneath to make this call?

God sees into your heart as clearly as He sees into mine..Concern yourself with what He sees in you.

  3. Well to answer this Did Jesus tell the adultery woman (one to be stoned) to A) go and try not to do this or sin anymore

                   B) Get up and sin some more its OK

                    C)Go and SIN NO MORE

John 8: 11 (read all of 8 to get the story and your answer)

She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

After we know the Bible or something like this is true and out of the Bible told to you and us , We will now know what we have done wrong and ask God for forgiveness and do this sin no more.

  4. About as comfortable as playing with fire.  Or golfing in a lightning storm. Or being up a creek without a paddle. Or hanging from the side of a cliff by one of those little twigs.

    You get the idea.

  5. Sin, to me, means to make wrong choices.  If I make a wrong choice, say I am sorry, and learn by that "mistake" then I have learned something.  If I make a wrong choice, say I am sorry and do it again, then I will have to keep being hit on the head, until I take notice and realize that there is a lesson to learn, and not to push it aside and repeat the mistake.  What do YOU mean by perfect?  Not getting angry for instance?

Jesus got angry, quite a few times.

LIfe is good, if we learn as we go along and improve ourselves as much as we possibly can.

  6. no I believe Jesus said "go and sin no more" when he helped people find forgiveness.
