Is it common for Japanese men to drop their pants at work?

My customer has done this twice while speaking to me. I always have a hard time keeping eye contact when he does this. He seems to be tucking his shirt in, but this could be done without exposing his drawers in my opinion. Which coincidentally always seem to match his shirt exactly. He is married btw

Tell him that you don't want to see his underwear. If you must see it, tell him to wear something HOT. At least you'll get a free show.
