Is it common for new tyres to make a clicking sound?

Question

Just had the tyres replaced on my Vauxhall Astra and they did the wheel alignment and tracking at the same time, I've since noticed that the driver side front tyre is making a clicking noise when I drive. It gets faster as I speed up and slower as I slow down as if its something in the wheel or tyres rotation thats causing this
