Is it common to not experience any pregnancy symptoms before a missed period?

I hear all these women talking about symptoms "days past ovulation" before their expected period.

But then I hear of women not experiencing symptoms until after their expected period?

Which is more common?

  1. I didnt have any before my missed period with my first baby, and this baby, i "just knew" i was pregnant like 3 days before I even missed my period. I had a feeling I was pregnant, so I took a test *and not even an expensive one, it only cost $1!!!* and both of them came out positive! so it just all depends on the person and the pregnancy. every single pregnancy is different. my 2 pregnancys have been like night and day so it all just depends. good luck and i hope everything turns out like you want it to!!!

  2. My missed period was the only reason I knew I was pregnant. I didn't start feeling symptoms until about 6 weeks along.

    Good luck! ;-)

  3. Everyone is different.  The Hcg hormone is what causes your symptoms.  And you don't produce that until implantation.  Implantation doesn't happen for up to 6 days after Ovulation, I believe.  I know paople who know they are pregnant and still don't feel it.

    Good Luck

  4. I had no symptoms with my son, even after I knew I was pregnant.
