Tell me you're not that dense.  If they attack her and/or assault her that's considered to be assault or battery.  She could be seriously hurt--perhaps permanently.  If it's happening in school, go to the principal.  They probably have an anti-bullying rule.  At the very least go to their parents.  Take someone w/ you who has some spine & will stand up for her.  You may have to take out a restraining order.

Before you do any of this, ask your daughter why she's a victim.  Don't accept something started this trouble.
