  1. If you have him listed as living where you do then yes it is fraud and if they find out you will have to pay it all back. If you have him listed as living where he is now then no.

  2. How many miles apart do you live? If one lives in Attleboro and the other on the Canadian border probably. But if one lives in Lowell and the other in Nashua probably not

And is this Medicaid or Private (Blue cross is a  Medicare provider)

  3. This is not illegal, its actually very common. As someone already mentioned, it usually happens when parents are divorced and the father is providing health insurance as part of the child support/custody agreement, but the child lives with their mom. As long as you don't lie about any aspect of the situation on insurance forms, its perfectly legal.

  4. No and I'm sure you have a court order to pay health care.  Everybody's doing it and it's not illegal.

  5. No. This happens lots of times. For example, a divorced father that does not have custody but is required to provide health insurance. Your situation may be different, but, unless you are doing it to get something out of it, it is not fraud.

  6. I don't believe there are any residency rules in the Health Insurance coverage. If your relationship is parent and child then it is legal.
