  1. Yes. No means no.

  2. It sure is.

  3. Yes

  4. Of course. Think about it in these situations:

If you say yes to someone once, that doesn't mean that for the rest of your life, any time they feel like having s*x with you, you've automatically consented. That would be silly!

If you make plans with some stranger on the internet to have s*x (initial consent) then when you get together they're freaky and you say no, it's obviously still rape if they force you.

If you agree to do one sexual thing with a person (like maybe oral) and then they force you into something else that you did not want and said no to (like unprotected anal), that's still rape.

Now, there are some cases where it gets confusing.

You can't declare something to be rape after the fact just because you wish you hadn't done it, obviously. And if *in the middle of an act you already consented to* you say "no, please stop..." Well, the person is obligated to stop as soon as possible, but where exactly that 'possible' falls is hard to determine.

  5. Yes, it is considered rape..  There is also a word for girls who stop a guy once s*x has begun.

  6. Once you have clearly said 'no', and pulled away from any further contact, you have removed your consent to s*x.  If he persues you, and forces it, it is then rape.

  7. Yup, why wouldn't it be?

Although a little bit of silliness has occurred, it is now considered rape, like 11 years in prison rape, if you continue for longer than 6 seconds.

Thats a bit much, dont you think? If i'm drunk if might take me that long to register what you've said, it doesn't make me a rapist.

  8. yep...
