Is it correct that if a bluetooth head set once paired with one phone it could not be paired with another one?

i wouldn't think so  it could probly be paired with more than one

No. It is usually something like power the thing down and then power it up with a long button press. That puts the thing in discoverable mode so you can find it from the phone and pair it.

Nah, you can pair it with as many phones as you like. It just "remembers" the last one it was paired to so that's the one that it looks for to connect. You get around this by initiating the connection from your phone.
