Is it correct to say This to my Japanese Teacher?

I want to say Yoroshiku onegaishimasu When I see her since summer break, I had her last year. I think it mean thank you for everything in advance, but i'm not sure

If you are going to be taking classes with her again this year then you can say it. Say something like this:

去年のレッスンありがとうございました。

kyonen no ressun arigatougozaimashita.

Thank you for last year's lessons.

今年も日本語を勉強したいです。一所懸命勉強します。

kotoshi mo nihongo wo benkyoushitai desu. isshokenmei benkyou shimasu.

I want to study Japanese this year, too. I will study as hard as I can.

これからもどうぞよろしくおねがいします。

kore kara mo douzo yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

From here on, please think favorably of me.

She'll be impressed!

But if you are not going to be taking classes with her you shouldn't say 'yoroshiku onegaishimasu.' Just say,

先生、お久しぶりですね。

sensei, ohisashiburi desu ne.

Sensei, it's been a long time.

お元気ですか。夏休みはどうでしたか。

ogenki desu ka. natsu yasumi wa dou deshita ka.

How are you? How was your Summer holiday?

If you havent seen her in a while you can also say

Oshitashiburi desu. Mata yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

Oshitashiburi desu.  (its been a while since we last met)

Mata (means again)

yoroshiku onegaishimasu is a term used to express not only gratitude, but also to ask to be in good terms , also as a "please")

When introducing yourself, you use this term to mean that you hope you will be in a good relationship with that person.

When requesting for assistance, you say yoroshiku onegaishimasu as in "please"
