Is it correct to say "I arrive to my office at 7:30am" or must 'at' be used?

"At' must be used in this case, even though it appears to be redundant because there is a second 'at' soon after the first. But you arrive 'at' a place. You can walk 'to' a destination, but you arrive 'at' it.

Brooke is correct.  Arrive at.  Go to.  I understand the problem.  In Spanish, for example, "a" means both at and to.  We English speakers have similar problems with "por."

You should say "I arrive at my office at 7:30 am" You could say " I go to my office at 7:30 am".
