I have a cousin who is planning a trip to South America, he has had a history with a certain narcotic that is common in this country (!). Should he keep away from there? Is it readily available? And how easy is it to get into trouble dabbling with it? Is it easy to get caught? Are the punishments severe? I'm trying to discourage him from getting involved with the stuff over there and need some ammo. If there's a pretty relaxed attitude about it over there then perhaps he should not go at all (?).

  1. No.

  2. Its probably easier for her to get it while shes here, they dont sell that stuff in corner markets you need to have a connection in Columbia.

  3. If he's going to Columbia to ask about Cocaine, he'll look like a stupid tourist and probably be taken advantage of.

Getting involved with shady things is something I try to avoid when I'm in another country, nevermind South America.
