Is it creepy to have a crush on a dead celebrity??

I've never had a celebrity crush on anyone before, but right after my boyfriend dumped me, I started really really getting a crush on Doors singer Jim Morrison, as in obsessive. Its almost like i think about him as much as i thought of my ex boyfriend.

It also doesnt help that he's dead, so does that make me a gross person? all my friends are teasing me about it.

Besides, most people do get celebrity crushes, mine just happens to be obsessive and dead.

And could this be a dorky rebound way of getting over my ex boyfriend?

As long as you have a crush on the live version of him, not the dead one.  (Jim Morrison is definitely crush-worthy, by the way.)

i don't think it is creepy.  i kinda have a crush on heath ledger, and he is dead.  it is not a dorky way to get over your ex bf.
