Is it dangerous to get overheated when you have your period?

its dangerous to get overheated at any time.  I got overheated a few months ago while on my period. I am still alive

If you don't drink enough water, yes.  You add heat prostration to dehydration.

not any more than it would be normally, female athletes perform while on their periods, runners, ball players, etc.
