  1. Reheating cooked meat is perfectly fine, if refrigerated properly after the first time.  People eat leftovers and pre-prepared dinners all the time.  The FDA wouldn't allow stores to sell them if they were more prone to parasites.


  2. reheating cooked meat is safe as long as it was cooled before (like in a refrigerator or an ice bath) after it was cooked.

    Make sure the meat is reheated to a proper temp. Chicken should have the internal temp of 165, hamburg 155, and egg/fish products 145.
