Is it difficult finding insurance for self-employed business owners w/ mental illness?

I am thinking about starting my own business, but my wife is worried we will not be able to find insurance because she is bipolar or without spending more money due to her illness. Will I be able to find insurance that will offer the same coverage as if she was a healthy person?

No, you won't.  They're probably all going to exclude the mental health, flat out, IF they're even willing to take her, AT ALL.
