My boyfriend entered the U.S. illegally. After we marry next year, we plan to hire an immigration attorney to get permanent residency for him. We plan on visiting Mexico next year...is it difficult to return back to Mexico? Are any papers needed?

  1. No.  He is legal there.

I assume that he has some kind of documentation that he is native there, just in case they don't believe him.

The Mexican government is not a nice about other people sneaking in as the US government is.

  2. they dont check mexicans or anybody really entering mexico$$$$$$ , if he enter mexico he cant come back with out a green card ? i have a hard time getting back into U.S.A. Texas.  and i have a passport#,SS#, FBI #, military ID, and drivers lic.

  3. If he sneaks back in Mexico without getting caught the way he came in it won't be nearly as hard as entering the US. You as an American can enter the country legally with your passport and apply permanent residence for him if you're married at an American embassy. If they don't know he entered the US illegally, he won't have so much problems (it's true that Mexico isn't fluffy and candy about illegals).

Entering Mexico from Guatemala is very easy BTW, no cops.

If he wants to enter Mexico legally, he needs a valid passport. If he doesn't have one but still has his IFE voting card, he could get one at a Mexican embassy in the USA.

  4. No, its easy....he can sneak in here, should be 2 times easier to sneek back
