Is it difficult to apply with an easy major to get into a UC from a cc then switch out

i reallly want to major in buisness but im afraid i wont get in condering everyone wants thats major.

so do you think i should take general classes with the (IGETC program )or just choose a really easy major and switch out into buisness once getting accepted,IF ITS POSSIBLE.

im a being cc freshman ive tried asking my counselors at my cc but they didnt give me any good verbal help,expect for handing me these papers and expecting me to understand everything.

No, it's extremely hard if not impossible to transfer into an impacted major which business is at the UCs that offer it. Think about it, if it could be done why wouldn't everyone try? There are some schools, Cal Poly is one, that have it written that no one can transfer into their business major at any time who did not have the necessary GPA when admitted.
