    b*****s get saggy after brest feeding, you might have to get another "job" done if you really like them.

    Just use milk from the cows, full cream only though.

  4. Most people are successful at breast-feeding after implants, but not all.

    First of all, some women that never had surgery can’t breast feed. While the implant, in most cases is separated from the breast by a layer of muscle, there will be some trauma to the tissue in the placement process.  This may  decrease the likelihood of successful breast feeding.  If the milk comes in successfully, many experts think that women with implants can breast-feed safely.   5. My sister has implants and breast feeds ok! She did get saggy though!
