My wife and I are looking at several new vehicles to buy. A number comes with XM satelite radio as part of the package. I am a longtime subscriber with Sirius and enjoy listening to it while driving my car. How difficult would it be to convert the in-dash XM receiver in a car so it gets Sirius instead.

(I know, I know ... they may merge, which would make this moot — but how long has Congress held it up so far, right?)
