Fellow partners and ex-partners, is it difficult to get certified at Starbucks? I'm plan on asking my Manager to certify me but sometimes I feel that I'm not prepared.
She's seen me work on hot bar and says that I do a really great job, and if you've made one Frappuccino, you've made them all. They're all pretty much second nature after you've made your second one.
So, my question is this:
How does the certification process go? What am I going to need to make/prepare/know?
