Is it difficult to move to the US?

Question

I'm from Sweden(Europe) so I'm an EU citizen and I am planning on maybe moving to the US to study for 2 years so i can get my masters(I have a bachelor in computer science) and then stay there and work/live(legally). I was wondering how difficult it is for me to move to the US? Does it play any positive role that I'm from the EU?
