Is it discrimination if my boss treats me different because Im not at her level of education?

My boss has always been different towards me in everything, never wants to move me up, makes up excuses to not get me involved, doesn't even give me a printer, she only makes me send an email when I'm in and when i go home(only me),has mentioned more than once that I'm not in authority to do certain things when in fact the rules haven't changed from before i worked here, children have always been allowed and I'm the only one she has a problem with bringing kids. She's just always rude to me and plays it off.

It is not discrimination.  Your boss may be a jerk, but there is nothing illegal about it.

Discrimination (the kind that's illegal) is only about race, age, s*x.  That's it.  They can fire you or deny you promotions for anything else.  They can make your life miserable, but unless you can prove its about race, age or s*x, there is no legal recourse.

Find another job.
