Yes, definitely. Even if you have a B.Acc. University degrees are academic qualifications. CPA is a professional qualification. Most employers would want you to be a member of a professional body. All auditors are CPAs. You can be a practising or a non-practising CPA. To be a CPA doesn't mean you can sign off on audit reports. Only the practising members do that.
