  1. actually learned to long board first and when i learnd skate board it thought it was pretty easy. so i would get a long board

  2. Well, it really depends on what you want to do. You are not going to be doing any tricks on a longboard usually, but some people do proffesional races with them. If you prefer tricks, I would just start with the skateboard. If you prefer speed and racing, or just cruising around, I would go with the longboard. But be careful, some longboards are for cruising while others are racing boards.

  3. definatly longboarding is easier, longboards cant do any tricks they are only for transportation so all u do is push. longboards are also more stable so its hard to fall. although its easier its still complelely pointless since all u do is push thats not very fun.

skatboarding takes lots of commitment and dedication and tons of practice, but all of that just makes it more rewarding when u learn a new trick. skateboards are also more useful as transportation not just for fun, since they're smaller they can ollie up curbs, over stairs and gaps, off ledges and that can save u time if ur just using for transportation, but seriously thats still pretty boring but tre flips, forward flips, phobia flips those are fun and can only be done on a regular skateboard
