  1. 300 Passing yards occurs almost every game. But so does 100 rushing yards from someone it is equal.

  2. 100 yard rushing is easier.  RB's are usually favored over Quarterbacks in most league settings anyways and 300 yard passing games happen way less frequent than 100 yard rushing games.

If you want to compare rushing to passing yards I suggest using 2.5 yards passing to 1 yard rushing. My league has used 300 yd pass 125 yd rush as bonus thresholds for years, if your league gives a bonus at 100 yd and 1 pt. every 10 yd rushed, RB are favored even more than usual.  Having better RB's and WR usually win fantasy, not QB's

  3. Yeah, 100 rushing yards is easier to achieve.  Plus, unless you get one of the big 4 at QB the rest of the QBs will be lucky to avg. 2 300 yard games apiece.

  4. well i would say the 300 passing yards occur more often because most teams in the nfl now are alot of passed 1st teams... id say prolly 11 300 passing a week and prolly 6 100 yards rushing per week on average..

  5. depends.

if we're talking about Vince Young vs. Tom Brady, the latter's much more likely. Any QB in the top 10 should provide 300 rushing yards per game

same thing with RBs. put up somebody like Ahman Green against Brian Westbrook, it's gonna be Westbrook getting the 100 and change. same with the top 10
