  1. Neither - both extremes of weather can be hard on a runner ...the heat makes you dehydrate quicker/faster and the cold makes it harder on the joints .... in my running days I found it better to run on a mild cloudy day.....

  2. i say 10 degree, no way 110. at least when its cold you could go out running with as much clothing as possible...at 110 not even naked will make me run!

  3. well just like ziggy said the heat dehydrates you and the cold tighten up you joints. I prefer the heat over the cold though

There is nothing like running at 90+ degree weather call me crazy but its a great feeling......but of course if your going to run in the heat you got to take allot of precaution stay hydrated through the day take water with you same with the cold you got to bundle up and get a good warm up and stretch real good.

  4. I PREFER HEAT

  5. i'd prefer the cold weather i suppose.

i mean, its bad enough out there at 90 degrees.

so just bundle up and go..

  6. Humans have evolved to run in the heat of africa and are the greatest endurance runners of any animal, especially in high heat, as a result of our thousands of sweat glands and relatively little body hair.

Most runners would have an easier time running in the heat with just a pair of underarmour and a mesh shirt than in a heavy jacket with tights under and eventually freeze to death.

However both are brutal and in no way easy or good for the body.
