Is it easy for an american citizen to find a job in Doha, Qatar?

I am an american citizen(with us passport) and have heard from various sources that if you hold an american passport it is very easy to get a good job in Doha, Qatar. Paying anywhere from 80K-100K. Is this true? Regardless of experience or profession?

stay in america!!!!!! i swear everyone wishes they lived in america! try it as an experience, its nice to explore something new. coming from a middle eastern background, to americans-mid-east seems wierd to them. like i said, this great for you to explore something new. but, no where as much freedom as US.

No, they won't pay that much regardless of experience and profession, but Westerners are offered better jobs than people form Asia or Africa.

And it also depends on which company you're applying a job. If it's a big company and you got a good resume then you will have a very good chance of getting a fantastic job.
