very easy i've always got hired at EVERY fast food place i applied at.....they get the manager as soon as your done filling it out usually.....and ask when can u start.........their very fast and responsive

Depends on the manager but usually yeah!

it depends on the restaurant, the location and the hiring manager. The restaurant we work at is very selective about who they hire. Very few people are hired in the off season *September-May* Usually, we only hire once per month in the summer. So if all summer 1000 people put it apps, only 4 or 5 will get the job. Also then you will have to pass 2 interviews and pass a test. But the test isn't usually very hard.
