like, i ve heard that girls can break it, from bike riding and swimming and things like that, is it easy to break it from doing that? can u tell if u broke it before s*x? im not gonna have s*x, im jsut wondering

 Easy to break it.  Mine broke with a tampon.  My friend used a hairbrush handle.
