Is it easy to find a job in New Zealand,? I`m 42 yrs. old, from Philippines, 4 yrs. in college of engineering,

I can work and experienced in many kinds of job, whatever but in good salary, building construction, painting, driver, helper, housekeeping and maintenance, factory...ect. I`m planning to go first as a tourist, then look for a possibilities to find job, then the work permit, then ,how to get a residence visa so that I can bring my family together to live in New Zealand. Please give me advice and contacts for consultation. I`m a good citizen with 3 children, age: 20,18 & 14. My dream is to give my family a better life and future.I think its every fathers dream. I have enough funds to travel , I see New Zealand because its a clean and quiet country and not populated , I love nature.. please answer my questions....thank you very much.
