Hello. I tried to get scholarships when I wanted to go to an expensive institute. For me it wasn't easy. I applied to many scholarships, submitted essays, and etc., but nobody contacted me. You can try. You may also speak with college advisers in a college where you want to go. They could have their own scholarships to offer or maybe there some jobs that could give scholarships.
